Might want to consider updating your hours on Google so as not to mislead customers. It says this branch is open until 4pm on Saturdays. Made a special trip and was told teller services closed at 2pm.

This isn’t even my normal branch but it made me want to close my account even faster. The staff was rude and unwilling to compromise on the most basic things. Honestly if you prioritize customer service, switch to RBC.

Every time I go to this Bank, I stand in line forever. Yesterday, I went after hours. Tried to use the drive thru atm. Well it still has not been fixed from months ago.. after keeping my deposit and money rolling around for over 5 min. Decided, it could not deposit. So pull around.. go inside to use the machines. Well one has a sign on it.. not taking deposits.. and had to wait for the other machine. So Scotia Bank! I am debating on flipping my account to another bank.. i dont really need you! And if this continues. It will be goodbye! Waisting my time.. and stressful wondering if machine will give me my items back!!!!
Oh .. and I have been a customer for 40 yrs. Think its time for change.

I went few days ago because I need to change something on my card, so customer service online tell me to go to the branch, I went and omg the lady over there was very rude, I take my cards and walk out.

I went to the bank for help me to reset my password because customer service online recommended to do it. I went 2 days ago and the lady on the till was very rude with me. Seriously was not happy and rude. So I leave the bank and mentioned, wow you are very rude, what kind of customer service is this!

The lady working wouldn't cash my $100 cheque and I've been with Scotia Bank for 16 years she was very rude and tried to put a 5 day hold on a $100 cheque. I would not recommend doing business here!!

I have banked with Scotia bank for over 25 years and now all of a sudden they're letting anybody and everybody hack into my account and take money that they don't have permission to take. Even though we proved that the money was taken illegally they don't care they're still not going to give us back our money.do not bank with Scotia bank.they will just give your money to anybody who says they can take it even if you have proof they do not have permission to take it.

Absolutely terrible customer service, the manger is so rude the teller Megan is so rude. They refused to release a certified bank check to me. I have been with them for 5 years. Terrible terrible place to have as your home branchUopdate they have sent a letter cancelling all my accounts and kicking me out of their bank because of this review and all my complaints I took with head office

worst bank out theredenied me depositing a paycheck n tried to tell me i have never deposited paycheques from this company before wich is untrue because i have deposited at least 3 paycheques at this branch without a hold or any issues till today

I came with the same problem twice but this time the lady in the desk was so rude. Didn’t help me out what i asked about. Even though she was rolling her eyes which was so disappointing as a customer to ask for help.

The only thing that beat the lack of empathy was the lack of common sense displayed by my last interaction with one of the staff who just called me .I have had no problems with the staff at any other branch . However if there was a zero stars I would give it to this branch .Borderline rude and condescending.
