“I actually booked the wrong location but when I arrived after a 6 hour drive, I was met with the best customer service I’ve seen in years! Spencer helped me with my reservation and was very in-depth with instructions and rules and took me to my unit which was extremely clean! He said it was not actually that much further away than the other one and it wasn’t at all! I’d return to this location just for the great customer service!”
“The ladies Theresa and Kacie were amazing ! We stopped in late in the day just 20 min before close time and they were very helpful.. they did not rush us one bit! They went through everything thoroughly .. even walked us out to a unit to make sure it was what we needed! They not for one min let us feel rushed ! Very kind, personable and efficient ladies !
