Worst experience, the staff is unfriendly except cassy and lina. The cashiers were really rude. Just spend like 300$ and they didn’t even offer for any samples at all. Really they need to learn how to treat customers. Go to sephora in Calgary chinook mall. Learn how they behave and treat their staff.

Lots of workers need to work on a tone, and to stop complaining about how they need a day off up at the front. Fake kindness, I get what you’re doing is your job but you don’t need to a be vapid snake, it’s very obvious that you’re miserable. Employ’s persistent on helping me even after I quite literally said I’m fine like 10 times within the span of 20 minutes (if I need your help I will ask), walk the floor but don’t follow customers. Your staff is rude, absolutely not discrete, and annoying! hated being inside this Sephora, almost comparable to hell

The staff here know absolutely NOTHING about the products they carry. Every question I asked they had to look it up on their phones; I could do that too! The staff is just a bunch of rude "mean girls" who think they are superior. I'll take my money to Shopper's where they hire real Cosmetologists and know their brands. Bye!

I just had a makeup lesson with Mack, who found the perfect products to make my skin glow. They created a perfect professional look and worked with me to make sure I can recreate the look at home. 10/10!The other day I went in with a friend to find a color match foundation. Sarah spent time with my friend and I to find the perfect foundation for hard to match skin. This is the first time in her life she won't have to custom mix her foundation!Give these two beautiful humans a raise!

I wanted to write a review about Cameron, amazing costumer service and extremely helpful and honest on products! I came in with my mom and Cameron was very nice, friendly and helped us all the way through finding the products wanted!
