We've always had great service from Servus. A much more personalized experience compared to the banks. Would highly recommend.

Phoned three times over three days and never did get anyone to answer the phone or return my messages. I finally had to go there in person to make an appointment.

Friendly staff, parking situation got figured out. No fees for having an account, annual dividends paid out, free e-transfer. Got a car loan and do all my banking with Servus, you couldn't pay me to go back to a regular bank.
