The expertise of the staff greatly enhances the customer experience.Recently, I faced a situation where I needed to expedite a money transfer, and despite occasional delays with bank drafts, the staff, particularly Ivy, went above and beyond to find a faster solution.As a long-time customer, Ivy's efforts in exploring efficient money transfer options were incredibly helpful.I appreciate her dedication, and I am inclined to give the bank a well-deserved 5-star rating.Thank you, Ivy, for your exceptional service!

Do not open an account with servus. They take your money, and tell lies. Even after stop payments, they still take them out and you have to fight to get your money back every time. I have been with them for over ten years, and will be closing my account next week. Nothing but problems with them. Talking to thier customer servus, even more lies and they are rude, and disrespectful, and yell at you. Go to another bank if you don't want extra headaches.

Teller was very friendly and helped me fill out what would be required to change things. Branch never did do as requested or contacted me about it. Then when I emailed to inquire never received a response back.

Absolutely terrible service options. You can't call for anything they never pick up the phone and always directed to call center that can never help and can only transfer to their voice-mail. It should not take days to call and get in touch with someone to ask a simple question.

Do not switch your mortgage to them (or anything else really)Cannot setup simple automatic payments correctly even with multiple tries. No option to do it myself online and their staff are incompetent so what's the point of using them. If you miss a call from them good luck getting through to someone who's not in their call center in India. If a call drops do they call you back? No and again good luck getting through. I have never been deliquent on anything until I switched to this incompetent group of buffoons.

If you don't use your account for a period of time, they deactivate it. Then no access to that money when you need it. This is for my protection?? This happened to me several times. Account is now closed and moved all my banking to a facility that serves their customers. Not worth the stress.

There mistake cost me getting food and Christmas presents for my family.I guess they deposited some one else’s money into my account (how does a competent bank do that I have no idea).After putting it away in my saving they then took it back 4 days later… it took them 4 days to figure out they gave me some one else’s money…. After I had already planned to buy all these presents and thank god I checked my account before I went to the grocery store.Then they tell me it’s my fault cause I should of known that wasn’t my money.But the government puts money into my account all the time for GST and such?Anyways will be switching banks to one that actually knows what they’re doing and doesn’t lame there customers for there mistake.

Friendly staff is the only real positive thing I can say about either Servus branches in Lethbridge. Trying to call and talk to someone is practically pointless, nobody answers, you leave a message and maybe get a call back. I've called 3 days in row, missed a callback yesterday, called again first thing this AM and haven't heard back and it's 3pm.

1. Rude staff (essentially calling me a liar), not calling/emailing back after saying they would2. 0 flexibility and life understanding3. Unnecessary charges and fees, for example I am a student but because my husband isnt, I cannot get a student account4. (And the straw that broke that camels back) they partnered with Chase and disregard the environment I cannot wait to switch my mortgage to ATB.. A bank that actually delivers

Phoned three times over three days and never did get anyone to answer the phone or return my messages. I finally had to go there in person to make an appointment.

Friendly staff, parking situation got figured out. No fees for having an account, annual dividends paid out, free e-transfer. Got a car loan and do all my banking with Servus, you couldn't pay me to go back to a regular bank.
