I just went to a store to buy something and the clerk refused to match the price because the product match was too cheap, etc. The clerk initially said that the color was different and could not be matched, then the clerk called to inquire and said that it was OK, when I paid, the clerk checked the price and said that the price was too low and could not be matched, which is fooling consumers. Too bad.

I was wanting to a pair of shoes and finally found one online and when I went down to the store to try it out. It was a mess. It looked like it was worn multiple times and had lot of cat/ dog hairs. That made me rethink
my decision of buying it. I understand people have to try it out, but it should have been cleaned.
If they have a policy of not accepting a worn shoes as a return then why would someone buy a worn used shoes.

Went into the store last night for my son to browse and see if there was anything he liked (being normal customers) then I noticed security following us around I asked him why he was following us and he said it was for my protection? Like what do you mean? I asked the cashier she ignored me?! Racially profiling people and making them uncomfortable while they shop is not good business practice! I’ve been going to this store since I was teenager! We will take our money else where and you lost a loyal customer Lethbridge sports chek!

I bought a pair of new 2022 Bauer Supreme M3 skates from the Lethbridge SportChek online. I paid $280.00 including tax. At other stores, the same skates were $450.00 with tax. I work a minimum wage job and have to work within my budget. Thankfully, Lethbridge SportChek was able to make my skate purchase a reality instead of overpaying to their competition.

Roast for customer service. Bought I pods in Feb. Right one quit working. Same thing happened again to a new pair I bought in April. They replaced the first ones, but this time they said I have to go to the Apple Store in Calgary or send them to Apple. They are warranted until 2025. I said that you sold them to me and should replace them. No one said I wouldn’t have an in store warranty when I got them. If you come to my restaurant and have a tough steak, I will replace it or give you your money back. I don’t tell you to take the steak to the farmer who grew the cow who’s probably out of town too.

We were at the store on the 5th of June trying to find a new tracksuit for my husband. Being of the generation where we don’t deal well with all the fashion trends, we were thrilled when Janis approached us to help. Within minutes my hubby had tried on the tracksuit that was of the older style and he is a very happy man!!! We must say that the price was an incredible good deal as well which helps when you are a Senior Citizen with the kind of income where we have to be careful! Thank you Janis for looking after us! You are a very upbeat, eager to help and please kind of person! Will see you again!!! For sure!!!

Went for a special sales event so it was busy. I was greeted and helped by 3 different team members and the young lady working in the fitting room area. Got what I came for plus " boat" or deck shoes which I had no idea they carried. These shoes are designed to live in and out of the water, look sharp, protect your feet and don't mark your transom or floor. The shorts they recommended also fit and feel great, look sharp and while they are a little heavier for swimming dry fast and don't bunch. Thank you!

We have been shopping here for five years and we have never had such excellent customer service by a young man named Dominic or Dominique can't remember how he spelled his name. This young man is one of kind he was helpful, knowledgeable and ready to assist customers instead of dodging them. This was the best shopping experience we have had anywhere in a long time and will be back with the other kids today for boots.
