We have been using Stokes for all of our prescriptions since they opened. Zack, Vicky, and Leanne, and the rest of the staff, take GREAT care of us. We never have to wait for refills and they always take care of the special authorizatuon paperwork required for hudband's medication. 5 stars is not nearly enough! Thank you for everything!

It’s a great pharmacy! Staff is so helpful and understanding. Zak listened to my symptoms very carefully and helped me to find a good suitable medicine. I am very glad that by chance I went to this pharmacy :) Customer service is much more greater than any other pharmacy I know!

If you're looking for a pharmacy where the staff seem to actually care - this is it. They really do go above and beyond, especially these days when I can't get in to see a family doc to ask questions etc. They really do deserve 5 stars, I can't recommend them enough. I used to think a pharmacy was a pharmacy, but there really are differences in service.

Ever since i first got to Lethbridge a little over ten years ago,first i was dealing with shoppers drug Mart, and i realized (because i was going back and forth from shoppers drug Mart to Stokes) but I'm glad i stuck with Stokes, because not only are the staff very understanding, they're also really easy to talk to.And i can't say enough good things about zak,he's definitely gone above and beyond for me several times.Your the man zak✌????

I change medications a lot and I never feel any judgement from the team at Stokes, they're always so kind and helpful. Recently I had someone help me who had a speech impediment and it solidified my loyalty ten-fold. I have a stutter and I don't meet a lot of people like me working in customer service, it made me feel safe and comfortable talking about my needs because I know they respect diversity.
