First I'll state that i like a lot of things about this pharmacy such as how it's organized,
however the service i received recently deserves ONE star, which is in fact too high.
I needed to pick up important medication and i get to the pharmacy desk and the male employee there
(40s, caucasian, short blonde hair) seems to pretend to not notice me at the other end waiting to be served, then comes down the desk and stands behind the barrier, (there's a tall middle section of the desk that is like a wall that obstructs everything). He stood behind this the entire time. He never once came to the part across from where I was to ask, "hello, what do you need" he pretended to not see me and acted extremely reluctant to serve me the entire time. This person appeared to be some type of manager and provides the worst pharmacy service I have ever encountered, and likely does this regularly. I don't know where this latest trend of treating customers like an annoyance comes from but it needs to stop.

Poor service did not put pills in blister packs because it was not covered and did not say a word to me went with out the medication for a few days

I have used this pharmacy for the last couple of years after getting tired of the big ones that take forever to do anything. My meds are always ready super quickly, when I call I get to speak to a real person and there is rarely a wait to pick up meds. I even used their delivery service a few times when I was too sick to come in, never any issues and same day free delivery. I would continue using them but sadly I moved away.

This place is a SHELL of what it used to be. They took out the post office "because we were losing money". Wel, be a businessman and look for new ways to drive those people to buying. The selection of products is sad and bizarre! A wall of ugly purses? Really. Okay. And almost NO cosmetics. You could have a serious cash flow if you just pivot. And to the senior lady with the dark brown hair and glasses she HAS to be the most rude and sullen cashier I have ever seen. All of these years and I have NEVER seen a smile from her. I once got a thank-you for my purchase. I think it's time for her to consider retirement. The ONLY bright spot is not having to wait a long time to have a prescription filled.

R. Ph. Doug BENNETT takes a personal approach to my health care needs and services. His staff know my name and physician and my health care concerns. They are always available to my needs and cater to me which is something special money can't buy. I sleep well knowing that Stubbs Pharmacy will always be there for my future health care.

I do use this pharmacy to fill my prescriptions. They are delivered to me . An odd time I have been in the store and don't have an issue . Staff is friendly and accommodating. The pharmacist will answer any questions regarding your meds , as not everything is on the print out sheet .Really wise to ask questions . I don't usually have anything to do with the front end of the store.

They need to update their hours. Turns out they close at 6pm. Online says 7pm, would have been helpful to know the correct hours.

I have been treated very good at the Pharmacy. No issue with the service.
