While the high tea itself was enjoyable, I was left a bit confused about the final cost of $50.00. A $7.00 tip was automatically added without my consent (which I believe should be clearly noted on the menu or explained beforehand), and my drink was charged separately in addition to the high tea fee. For the price, my meal included a small cup of soup without the advertised sausage, one latte (initially brought to me incorrectly), and only two finger sandwiches due to my dietary restrictions.
The atmosphere and experience were lovely overall, but I feel the value did not quite match the cost. With clearer communication about pricing and a bit more attention to dietary accommodations, this could be a truly wonderful experience.

Great little place to buy gifts. Lots of assorted loose tea blends to choose from. Cute little spot to have a visit with someone or tea and a snack.

We have stopped at the Jasmine Room for lunch the past few years. Got here just after 1. Missed the lunch crowd. Both ordered the seafood salad croissant. That’s my go to. Made to perfection. Also had licorice tea. They have over 250 different teas. Very clean and service is friendly and happy. Lots of neat things for sale on one side of cafe. Bathroom was very clean and nicely decorated. If you’re looking for a spot for lunch u can’t go wrong. Dill pickle was the soup special. We will be returning.

From the beginning I have loved the Jasmine. But after the last two times I most likely won’t be back. I have pre ordered princess teas for my grand daughters and booked a reservation both times. I understand it takes time to prepare but the first time it was an hour before we got the items and the second time over 45 minutes. The worst was all the others getting fed before us who had just walked.

Yesterday On the recommendation of my co-worker Kerri Dohl , I went to The jasmine room for the first time. I had been looking for a tea steeper for weeks. So I finally decided to give my friends recommendations a try.
I am ever so glad I did, What a beautiful little store. It felt like I stepped back in time and the customer service was amazing And the Prices were fair.
I picked up a beautiful little metal steeper and two kg of a beautiful blend of English breakfast tea For under twenty dollars.
I highly recommend the Jasmine room to anybody who Enjoys a good cup of tea And good quality customer service.
