Great service , would recommend visiting store for mobile plan purchases instead of direct merchandise stores.
They will always lead you to good deals and also provide a comparison for you to make a choice.
Customer service in Telus /Roger sucks !

Not a place worth going.i was there a few months ago and all they did was rip me off, opening plans I didn't want but am still with now possibly going to ruin my overall credit. I have no access to the account he made me and i ain't paying what i didn't sign up for!

If you want a new phone, please don't go here because my dad was here a few weeks for just a screen protector for the phone, and the employee was, please keep telling my dad to get a new phone this month. I recommend you please do not go here at The Mobile Shop.

I don’t want to give even one star but i need to give because i can give review without it. Very very very bad service! Three times disappointed by KRIS. Every time lies to me about billing and plans. Before balraj was here his service was excellent. But after he left the shop every time 0% service.

My parents went in to get a new phone and the employees tried to screw them over.My mom received a message advertising the new deals, she showed them and they said they couldn't honor in it. Then when they checked to see how much was still owing on my dad's phone they straight up lied. They said there was an over $180 left on the tab, we checked online and it said only $80 was was still owed. We told them that they were inaccurate. He kept pushing but forgot what number he said to them and said that they still have $150 left to payout.My parents asked about the deal advertised in store, saying they'll receive $250 worth of PC points if they purchased a phone, once again the employee refused to honor it and said he would only give $180 worth of PC points. Even after all that the employee tried to overcharge for a Pixel 6 phone. My parents left, we checked online and realized we could purchase the exact phone at the advertised on price aswell as the plan at the advertised price online.They assumed because my parents are Mennonite that they could get away with it, by talking fast and constantly interrupting them. Not today! 0/10 do not recommendIf you do go there make sure you know exactly you owe, and what prices are advertised.

My friend recommended this shop to me and my husband and im glad we went here to get our phone and line. Kaushal was very nice and helpful, he offered us the best deal we can have. Will surely come here again and recommend this shop to others.

Very un professional they give bad deals on devices and force services, rate plans, devices, or accesories you don't need just too get the money back/commission.... they will con and scam you into getting devices and rate plans you don't want or need please be vigilant and cautious about your purchases, they are not truthful about what they sell too you.

Didn’t listen to what I was asking and kept trying to sell me on something that I wasn’t able to do at the moment. Sales associate muttered something under his breath in a different language and when I said “excuse me?” just said “oh nothing” as if I didn’t hear him. Getting his undivided attention also seemed difficult as he kept talking to what I assume were friends as they didn’t appear to work there. All around unprofessional and disrespectful.
