Paid extra to have my package early and on time for a special event and now I won't receive it till Friday extremely upset with ups and it's not worth spending extra for two day shipping if it still takes 5 days for it to come if I could give a zero rating or negative rating I would

What's the point in having a phone number if you don't even answer it?
Package has been sitting in the warehouse 5 minutes away for 4 days now... so much for me paying extra for expedited.

I visited UPS store today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to the rude service I received. The staff ( lady) seemed uninterested and dismissive when I asked for assistance, which made me feel unwelcome. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
