Paid extra to have my package early and on time for a special event and now I won't receive it till Friday extremely upset with ups and it's not worth spending extra for two day shipping if it still takes 5 days for it to come if I could give a zero rating or negative rating I would

What's the point in having a phone number if you don't even answer it?
Package has been sitting in the warehouse 5 minutes away for 4 days now... so much for me paying extra for expedited.

I visited UPS store today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to the rude service I received. The staff ( lady) seemed uninterested and dismissive when I asked for assistance, which made me feel unwelcome. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

No one to hold accountable, zero customer service. Paid for expedited air which is supposed to be 1 day. The package sits in a facility 15min away from me for 2 days (so far) without moving. Actually not entirely true, yesterday it said “out for delivery” then went back to processing where it’s been ever since. Twice in a row I have had something shipped UPS and twice it’s been expensive with crap service. FedEx however has been on point. Definitely would use them given the choice.

The lady there always looks like she is going to cry. Has the same story every time. "We don't work for UPS" I went in and said, I know you don't work for UPS, I've tried to call the numbers with no luck. Asked if she had another number I could try. "I'm sorry, we don't work for UPS", yes, I know and understand that, if you don't have a different number that is fine. Hands me the same number "I'm sorry, we don't work for UPS". I Effing get that, thanks for being an absolute idiot repeating the same nonsense, can't help great. Here's a suggestion, take down the sign that says UPS store above your door and put a new one up that says "Karens Shipping"

Seems this location has a very grumpy and rude lady working there, and today I got to experience it for myself. I don't have any packing tape at home so wasn't able to tape up my package and the lady at the front desk gave me a lot of attitude for having to tape it up. Her attitude was completely unnecessary. You don't need to make customers feel like that, sorry you're so busy but not everyone has a tape gun at home. So unprofessional.

Normally I don’t review but today I feel like a dummy. The stressed out counter lady was having a conniption while taping the 5” x 9” prepaid paper label to the box I brought in. Thinking I could have done that! I thought there was a special plastic sleeve it was supposed to go in. Then I asked her what was wrong as I hadn’t picked up that she was not happy having to run 6 lengths of tape on the box. I am surprised at the way I was treated for such an easy thing to take care of! I apologized in a sarcastic tone that I was sorry she had to tape a piece of paper to a box and maybe that wasn’t right. Educate your customers in a professional manner and keep them. Treating them badly isn’t good.

I came here to bring away an Amazon return. I've never brought away a return to UPS before and Amazon gave me like 3 different shipping labels so I was really confused. So I brought the package and the labels but didn't put it together yet. I explained to the employee that I had never returned anything through UPS before which is why the package wasn't fully assembled yet. She went on a rant telling me how frustrated she was with me because she doesn't get paid enough to assemble Amazon packages for people. She went on and on about it. Honestly she made me feel really stupid and upset. I will avoid buying anything that requires UPS so I can avoid being made to feel like an idiot from the employees here.

Worst experience every time. They ding dong ditch even when we are home, never repeat attempts at delivery. When I go to pick up packages the receptionist denies any knowledge of anything and is useless every time. It has probably been 5 times now that she has given me a random head office number to call. The UPS app and website both suck. They add duty fees randomly for what seems like way too high an amount. This is why people shop with Amazon.

If these people had two brain cells to rub together this may be a different story.
I ordered a rice cooker. Took 3 weeks (Costco online is absolute trash, don’t use it if you can avoid it). I get no notifications about my item except for the one saying it was processed and one saying my item was returned 3.5 weeks later. The UPS team couldn’t tell that my street address I put down was actually my street address, as I also put my box number down (living rurally requires I do that sometimes). Instead of verifying my address was indeed the one I put down, the just sent it back. Literally read my street address, and yeeted that rice cooker back to the dark halls of the Costco online warehouse. No holding, no contact, no attempted delivery, just send it back. Reading other reviews, I understand why. This place is absolutely full of wrinkled raisins. The kind that you don’t want in your cookie. They don’t care about your stuff or using their limited intellectual capacity to provide a decent service. In terms of evolution, they must be close relatives of the first troglodyte clan, only communicating with a series of grunts and yips when they bamboozle another customer waiting for a parcel. UPS - Universal Piece of Ship. Maybe I’m being rash, and these people have like 95% bad days because reading is too difficult for them. But I wanted that slagging rice cooker! Here’s to 20 minutes in the pot. Thanks for nothing UPoS.

Very bad customer service, simply pathetic ? I normally drop off all the parcels on west side UPS, I happened to go north side on Monday afternoon, so I thought I will drop off my parcel in that store, as it’s on my way, but that lady in UPS was very rude, my fiancé sends parcels to her family to USA for years never had any problems. But that lady in UPS was keep saying if it’s going to USA, u need to have permission letter otherwise it will not get shipped, I called my partner in-front of her & she also said that it’s not a problem she send to her mom before, but the UPS lady didnt want to listen and keep saying that u guys don’t know, I told her i always drop off my parcel to west side UPS & never got returned, than she said you better drop it to the west side ups store than why did u come in here, Worst customer service, rude & very unprofessional, i wish I can give -0⭐️, that lady in UPS should take some classes on customer service than run this store.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I normally don't like to leave reviews at all but my experience with this company was abysmal to say the least. I ordered a new water pitcher from an online company, it was supposed to arrive at my address yesterday between 11-3. Time slot goes by, no knock or any sign of a delivery driver, or even a note left notifying of an attempt to deliver. I check an email that had arrived in my inbox and it says the package was delivered and received by someone who was not me. I phoned customer service to investigate, they confirmed my address and the delivery on their end. I notify them that I have not in fact received my package and that whoever received it does not live at my address, meaning the package went to the wrong one. I filed a claim and it shows that they have not been able to track down my package. I don't understand how delivery personnel are just letting anyone sign for a package that clearly isn't theirs at the wrong address but needless to say, I'm going to be steering clear of UPS in the future if they're going to be this incompetent with ensuring that customers get the correct packages.
