Poor experience.
I needed to go in to exchange a shirt (slim fit shirt to a modern shirt). I had previously tried on a shirt at a different location so I knew what I wanted, but when I asked them for the shirt they continued to tell me to try on different slims that ended up not fitting. In the end they didn't even have a modern fit white shirt.
I left feeling unheard, uncared for, and I feel like I wasted my time.
I have previously been to this location and the lady that worked there was very helpful, I was quite disappointed this recent time.

Went to the Park Place location for a suit and had a lovely assistant Brooklyn. Vert helpful and found exactly what I needed. Very professional will definitely come back

Manvi was amazing!! Today is Tuesday and my son’s grad is this Friday so we were doing this very last minute and during lunch break too!! She helped us find the perfect suit with the perfect fit! We’re so happy! If you’re looking to make your guy look great, I definitely recommend!!

Today I was there 10 minutes before closing time to pick up a shirt for my son. Thomas was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend. Lethbridge mall .

Wow great experience for our wedding suits, they were busy tonight but the whole team chipped in and helped!! Our girl (Jacqueline) was new and she did a fantastic job!!!

Got 4 suits through Tip Top,Was a completely disaster getting orders in and alterations,Thankfully they got Tom Mikkelsen in to sort things out before the wedding date,Tom went above and beyond,taking responsibility for the last employee mess up, he even stayed :40 mins past closing time to make sure everything was sized right and all the other steps were in order.5 stars for Tom

My boyfriend and I came in to find a suit for his sisters wedding. My boyfriend had found a few options and went to try on his picks. As there was only one lady (Tori) who was assisting other customers my boyfriend went into the open change room to change. She then proceeded to knock on his change room door for a change room check. Then come over to berate me as she stated that there was clothes in there and very rudely stated that this is why she helps. I proceeded to mention that she could ask him to leave the change room or ask him for the clothes. She then found the clothes she deemed were in the change room that were sitting on the counter. My boyfriend was so uncomfortable with the interaction he heard out of the change room that he refused to buy anything until I chose a tie for him to buy. I do really love the quality and cost that TipTop Tailors provides but the attitude that Tori displayed was very uncomfortable and therefore resulted at us shopping at Moore’s.

had a wonderful experience today regardless of the store being incredibly busy, the man taught us how to tie and tie, informed us of the deals they offered, gave us his personal opinion in colours and styles, highly appreciated that, thank you!
