I’ve been working with Tompkins for over 10 years while even living in different cities across Canada. My first experience was a custom engagement ring. Lisa was able to help design a beautiful ring on a limited budget, and went through multiple wax ups to ensure it was perfect. While living a few provinces away through magic Lisa was able to coordinate the matching custom wedding band and anniversary band for the big day. Since then Lisa and Flo helped source a beautiful diamond for another engagement ring, and recently assisted in upgrading the centre stone. I cannot recommend Lisa and her team enough for their dedication, passion, and professionalism. Even if you aren’t in Lethbridge, trust me, the drive will be worth it.

From the moment we walked into Tompkins, Flo made us feel comfortable and heard.
We had recently had a not very good experience at another local jewellers where we felt pushed into something price wise and design wise that we didn’t want to do.
We were wanting to revamp the ring I already had but it wasn’t possible. Flo researched multiple options for us and was so patient while we weighed our options and asked a ton of questions along the way.
We ended up melting down our current ring into the new ring, using the existing diamonds, adding our birthstones and a new centre stone that Flo sourced for us. I feel like I still have my old sentimental ring but more beautiful, stronger and sparklier of course! ?
We couldn’t be happier with our choice to go into Tompkins.

My partner and I had been shopping for an engagement ring for about 6 months. Originally, we started looking at jewelry stores in Calgary, but were not impressed because of high pressure sales. Plus we had a little sticker shock with the prices we found. Next, we started looking online and met with a consultant for a online ring supplier who seemed very knowledgeable. In doing some research, I learned that the video you see online is not necessarily representative of the diamond you are getting. We decided to pop into Tompkins on a whim and I am so glad we did.
Flo was assisting us and from the get-go she was incredibly kind, warm and easy to work with. Originally, I was hesitant to do a custom design as I thought the price tag would be much higher than off the shelf. Flo walked us through the custom design process and shared she could bring in diamonds to see at no commitment. I had found a ring on Etsy that I wanted to recreate the design as I really liked the setting. Next the team at Tompkins created a wax replica to try on and ensure it fit. The diamonds that Flo brought in were beautiful and she didn’t mind that we went through a few to find the right one.
When I saw the finished ring, it was so beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Thanks Flo and team for making shopping for an engagement ring so enjoyable. After this experience would recommend working with Tompkins to anyone. They are great about respecting your budget and working with you to get exactly what you want.

I highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking to upgrade, repair, or purchase new jewellery; but, in my scenario, it was an engagement ring. Jorge, the sales associate, was incredibly accommodating and equally as excited as I was to find my fiancées perfect ring! Along with this, he was able to secure me a significantly lower price than the quote I was originally given by Tompkins (which was already cheaper than any other store by a good margin).
Overall, this place is amazing and the staff are passionate, dedicated, and caring people who will work to achieve your dream ring!

I had the lovely pleasure of designing a one of one engagement ring for my wife. My wife liked the Ring so much she didn't want to spoil it with a wedding band! That's your advertisement right there, 11 out of 10 product, people, and service. Designing the ring was a ton of fun, make sure that you're not in a rush. My wife works in healthcare so the owner had some recommendations that really made the ring come together and not interfere with her work. Little modifications so gloves don't tear when you put them on, making sure her hair never gets caught on the ring, little things like that. Every time I came to the store front I was met with smiles, you can really tell all the employees love their jobs and want nothing but the best for their customers. At the first design meeting I was up front about my budget, and the owner was very respectful and diligent when designing the ring around my budget. It was never brought up a second time. This made the process very enjoyable and stress free as I new exactly how much everything was going to cost. The owner went out of her way to order custom cut diamonds from New York that where so beautiful she bought them knowing that type of diamond doesn't come around very often. After the fact I can come into the store front when ever is most convenient for me and they will clean my wife's ring and give it a quick once over, if there is anything less than perfect they take care of it right away! If you want to spend your hard earned money on a local, multi generational family business, that provides the highest standard of service, provides the highest standard of product, who genuinely takes care of their customers, then Tomkins is a no brainer. They are the BEST, cannot recommend them enough.
14 years ago, my husband, with the help of Tompkins Jewellers, created the most unique and gorgeous engagement ring and wedding band. Over the years Tomkins has provided the best customer service, making sure my rings stayed in perfect condition.
Since then, I decided to raise the center stone, get it resized and soldered together as well as have the eternity band made. Through this process Tomkins was very communicative and took the utmost care.
I recently had an issue with my ring, and immediately Lisa made sure it was fixed and charged me no cost because they stand behind their products.
I am so grateful for the costumer service they provide at Tompkins Jewellers. They are far superior than anywhere I have shopped before, and I look forward to going into their shop every time I am in Lethbridge.

This is a beautiful jewelry store with five star service. The selection here is excellent with a wide variety of styles. They have things from local artists and estate jewelry. If they don't have what you're looking for they can help you find it.
