If there was an option for zero stars that would be my choice. I purchased a bike for my daughter yesterday which showed as on sale as per the price tag on the bike. I brought it to the front counter to leave with staff while shopping. The staff - store manager, Jacob, proceeded to throw out the sale tag after I walked away and told us the bike was $40 more (the original price) when paying. It’s understandable this store is closing if this is the character of the manager. I understand he doesn’t care as he’s losing his job but wow. How pathetic, this is a children’s store.

The employees were just standing having their own convos. My husband asked them a question and she responded quite rudely. I think we may have interrupted her chat😂 🤷♀️. I can see why babysrus is empty...

There is something great about going to a store like this over shopping online on Amazon. As an adult I had a fun time here.

Had a baby shower back in March and received a baby walker from my registry as a gift. I never opened it as I obviously didn’t need it right away. She is 5 months now and I opened it to check it out and the batteries were completely corroded and were covered in battery acid, it wouldn’t even turn on. I brought it in, with the gift receipt, to see if they would help me and the cashier called the manager on duty, Sarah, up to the front. She was extremely rude and made me feel stupid for even bringing it in to ask if an exchange was possible. She kept interrupting me to tell me that their policy was 30 days from the birth of my daughter. I left because it was clear she had zero intention of helping me or listening to me explain anything. I was visiting my mother in Calgary over the weekend and brought it with me to see if they would be more understanding. They exchanged it no problem. Unfortunate that this manager in Lethbridge was so rude and had to drive for over 2 hours to be treated with a little bit of decency.

Is it just me or didn’t a lot of Toys R Us close. So glad Lethbridge has one and we went there for a day trip….. Nicely organized store and found a personalized placemat on clearance for my nephew…. it was quite late in the day on Saturday and tonnnnnnnes of parking. The mall is so close which is nice also.
