“Called multiple Uhaul locations in Calgary and Lethbridge trying to get a truck and car trailer. This was the only location that was able to help me out, had the equipment available immediately and were fast, friendly and professional to deal with. By far the best and easiest Uhaul rental experience I have had in the last 20 years. The truck I rented was almost brand new and very clean. The trailer was in great shape and all the lights and equipment worked. I think the last time I rented a truck a few years ago, the truck was easily from the mid 1980s and exceptionally sketchy to drive. Glad to see Uhaul is investing in new and safe equipment and vehicles. Highly recommend this location!”

“Rented a trailer that had to be returned to same location. I had a medical emergency and was unable to return the trailer myself. Found someone to get it back for me but was 2 days late. I talked to Uhaul the whole time, they waved the 2 days fees for it being late. Top notch service!!”
