Great to deal with these folks, I was able to negotiate a good deal on parts, but they accidentally forgot to ship one part out of two. Matt coordinated drop off in Calgary in few days, so no one needed to pay extra shipping. I appreciate their efforts and great customer service!

Finally I found an honest professionals. Not sure about the pricing but their service is excellent. They'll explain you what they did and show you the part/s they replaced. I was here twice already and will definitely stick with them.

Had a truck here for servicing and I was definitely happy with the experience. Their new mechanic is phenomenal and the customer service is great. Definitely somewhere I'll be bringing more of my fleet to.

Syd Osterman is the mechanic that helped me out. He came out to my place and diagnosed my transmission problem for me. I highly recommend his services. He is very attentive and cares about what he does.

Aaron was very fast and professional. He had a transmission from a mustang pulled and delivered to me in Kelowna BC within three business days. Transmission was in great working order.
Transmission was well packaged and a very reasonable shipping rate.

I was looking for a new 8” Screen and a USB connector for my Ford Edge and I reached out to the team at Usable Auto, I live in BC and they were able to pull the screen and USB port out next day, ship it out and I received it in 2 days! Fast, efficient, clean and quality 👍🏼
