“3rd time purchase! My first 2 times purchasing vehicles here was with Rick. He was awesome and EVERY Christmas he called to wish me a merry Christmas. I called looking for him, but he retired. I was bummed. HOWEVER, Chayce mihalicz came to the rescue! He spent so much time with us. We test drove a few vehicles. I'm almost 50 and so he was patient and excited with me when I learned how to use a new gadget in the vehicle. He is so friendly and straight forward and honest. He even said sorry a couple of times for being straight with me. I LOVED that. When you are buying a vehicle, the worst is when people try to tell you all the good things and none of the bad. To top it all off, he drove a vehicle to me! If your looking to buy a vehicle and you want someone who cares, go see Chayce!
Christine, who is in charge of documentation and making sure things are finalized (a lot of work) is also so wonderful. Calm, friendly and diligent. My daughter couldn't be there in person to buy her vehicle and Christine found a way to make it work. I also had no idea that she had an appointment at a certain time. When I was busy talking with Chayce, she casually (i think she didn't know i heard) cancelled her appointment to stay and finish with us.
