I want to thank the Lethbridge Virgin plus park place mall staff . Especially Claudia Foster for guiding us through the Rogers /Shawswitchocer quagmire! She was patient, kind, and Super friendly. I went to this kiosk today and was treated with the best customer service I have had in a long time. Thank you Hanan for solving all my tech problems. You are the best and so patient. I now love Virgin Mobile even more than I did before. Thank you.

Worst company. Don't live up to there contract. Can't speak to anyone that does not lie to you. Never go with this company. I'm still on hold waiting for a supervisor. Been trying for a week.
