Staff member Phoenix S was incredible here!I called beforehand to ask if they had the phone that I wanted available at the kiosk - and he immediately got one transferred over from bell, and then wrote out an ideal payment plan (without asking) so that I could see it for myself when I arrived. He made sure that we understood every aspect of the contract that we were getting into, was knowledgeable about the phone, and helped us out in making sure that we got the best deal possible without trying to run us for some extra money.

I want to thank the Lethbridge Virgin plus park place mall staff . Especially Claudia Foster for guiding us through the Rogers /Shawswitchocer quagmire! She was patient, kind, and Super friendly. It took the 3 hour ordeal on hold with Rogers which was infuriating and made it bearable! Thanks Virgin and especially Claudia! You are a Gem

Worst company. Don't live up to there contract. Can't speak to anyone that does not lie to you. Never go with this company. I'm still on hold waiting for a supervisor. Been trying for a week.

Excellent service at the Virgin Mobile Kiosk in Lethbridge. New manager, Jackie, was outstanding to explain and assist with the information I needed to understand. This is a big change from previous management. Thank you Jackie.

Jackie was fantastic! Went to another store and they gave me tons of red tape. Jackie was exceptional at not only providing great service but super personable as well. Recommend 1000% if you're a Virgin member. She will take care of you!

After dealing with the customer service and having issues with them. I went into the store and talked to Jackie, who not only got everything figured out but calmed me down as well, 100% recommended going there and talking to them they help a lot
