I was a customer since 2019 and now this visions has disappointed me because of its bad customer service experience. I tried to purchase a new sound system for my home theatre (open box) and I was said no to and been told to order it “some other way we don’t know you will have to figure that out on your own”

My Boyfriend and i came in looking for a TV and we were helped by Matthew for the past 3 days due to issues with flexity. Matthew was very understanding and patient with the whole situation. Greatest customer service we have had in a long time!

Will never darken the doorstep of this establishment again.
1 bought a 100 inch lg Tv. And a sound bar and tv wall mount. Over 4500 worth of products.
Get home and install everything. And the TV has a huge crack in the screen. Took it back today and was told that they didn’t have anymore. But there is one in Med hat. Wanted to take a week to get it to the store. I declined cause I only have help to install it now and would like to enjoy the purchase over the holidays, go figure. I even offered to buy a 1800 dollar more expensive TV if they would just help me out due to the inconvenience of the install and driving into Lethbridge 2 times from taber to deal with this. All said and done I offered to give an extra 1500 for the better tv but all they where willing to do is give me 100 off the difference
I’m sure the shipping for the tv to leth would have been more than 200.
Hope it was worth the lost sale. I returned it all and I’ll look elsewhere.
You all try to promote people to buy local and this is the business model you choose to follow. This is why online shopping is widely taking over. It’s really too bad. Frustrating actually.
PS. This is the first time I’ve actually left a response I am so disappointed in this store.

I have encountered a wonderful experience of getting assistance for my new tv and receiver. Coincidentally both of mine hit the bucket within a week. Thankfully, I had my five year warranty on a TV and I could then purchase a 55 inch ULED U6 Hisense! Bryn, and Alex were so kind and helpful. In addition, for my receiver the manager Kerry Peters took time out of his evening one night to come see what was wrong with my receiver. As it turns out I needed a new one and Kerry came to set it up for me and again I purchased the five year warranty that I can use before the expiration date. They all told me to make sure to set a reminder to my phone so I won’t forget:)
All staff are exceptional with their knowledge and customer service and they went the extra mile to make my shopping experience a happy one!!!
Thank you so much, I have shared my experience on social media and will recommend this store every time.
Once again, I appreciate all of you and will return in the near future!

Stopped in to look at replacing a tv. the sales staff were super knowledgeable on their products and got me exactly what i needed at a great price. very friendly service. will definitely return for electronic purchases!

Always a great place to shop. Lots of selection. Great Staff. If you have a problem you can pick up the phone and actually call them. seeing less and less of that service but they keep it going.

Bought some speakers 7 weeks ago now. Was told the wait would be 2-3 weeks. It has now been 7 and I was told could be up to another 4. Pretty disappointed.

Thanks to Matthew and the friendly staff at Visions for helping me choose a new tv. They have plenty of tvs on display to compare, and are very knowledgeable and helpful in answering any and all questions. Am happy with the new hisense U78N(2024 model) tv I purchased yesterday, as the picture is very bright and crisp with no motion blur. Also worth mentioning is that they offer a second year of warranty at no extra cost.
