Very disappointing experience at Walmart South Side
I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at Walmart South Side. Due to a technical issue, the store was not accepting cash payments. However, there was no clear or effective notice of this situation.
If an announcement was made, it was done over the loudspeaker by someone with a very strong accent, making it difficult to understand. As a result, I was completely unaware of the payment issue.
I spent over two hours selecting my items, including Christmas gifts and toys, and then waited in a long line. Only when I reached the cashier was I informed that cash was not accepted and that I needed to return all my items back to the shelves myself.
This was extremely frustrating, time-consuming, and unnecessary. Customers should be clearly informed at the entrance, with visible signs, especially during the holiday season. Expecting customers to waste hours and then clean up the store’s problem is unacceptable.
Walmart needs to improve communication and customer consideration. This experience was stressful and disappointing, and it seriously affected my trust in this location.

Nah bcs a department store has no right containing the ABSOLUTE DRIP you can find at this Walmart. Like holy heat batman half my wardrobe is from this place. Catch me pulling up to the function in my 20 dollar Rustler carpenters and 50 dollar sherpa wrangler jacket. With value village prices as high as they are, Walmart is my new oasis. Aight God bless yall

I am writing to formally complain about a Springmaid comforter I purchased from Walmart in April. The comforter was kept in its original packaging until the cold season, as it was bought in advance for winter use. Upon opening it for the first time, I noticed that many stitched areas — where the comforter is sewn to the filling — had torn or come apart. Since the product was never used and was properly stored, this is clearly a manufacturing defect.
I contacted Walmart multiple times:
By phone, I was told that because more than 90 days have passed since purchase, the item could not be returned.
Through online chat, I was told to visit the store. At the store, I was told to contact the manufacturer, Springmaid, directly.
However, after searching, I could not find any legitimate contact information for the manufacturer. I am extremely frustrated because Walmart has offered no solution, despite selling a defective product.
The customer service I received has been unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I hope that Walmart addresses this issue and takes responsibility for the defective product it sold, as well as improving the support for customers in such situations.
I also want to make it clear that this experience has been very frustrating, and I hope no one else has to go through such poor service and a defective product.

I just had a groceries pick up done and left happy for the first time. (Almira) is such a lovely woman. Incredibly friendly and helpful. She assisted in bagging my groceries instead of just tossing them in my trunk. And it took no longer than it normaly had. We had a pleasant conversation while doing so also. Thanks for a wonderful interaction

Don't get a walmart gift card that was purchased in a different province than yourself. I registered the card to my account with no issues but I kept making an order only for it to always be canceled 10 minutes after the purchase. It always takes the money and refunds it back but it keeps canceling the damn order. I called customer service and they couldn't even give me a reason. All they said was I gotta wait 24-48 hours for a reply. I need my groceries!!

No one works in the deli anymore. Weekend afternoon, there is absolutely no one to talk to for service. I guess if we have to scan our own groceries, we might as well cook the food there too.

Don’t ever order delivery from this Walmart, the drivers don’t care and once things go wrong Walmart managers just shrugged their shoulders and say we’re not responsible stay away from this Walmart boy caught it go to the north one

The bathroom was disgusting. The toilets weren't flushed, dirty toilet paper was everywhere. Maybe it's the people that use the bathroom need to be taught manners or they need to clean them more often. If you do not want to be disgusted don't use these bathrooms.
