Ordered some photos for next day ready on Tuesday, it is now Friday and I still haven't got them. Husband went in on Wednesday night and tried asking the lady if she could tell him what was going on and she couldn't even find my order. These are christmas gifts. Now im trying to call walmart and cant get through to anyome, not even customer service. If I would have known I wouldn't get my pictures I would have ordered through staples. Very disappointed.

Place is dirty and only getting worse. The quality of products and services have been on a downward spiral for a couple of years and just when you think it can’t get worse it does. This place is filthy and disgusting

what’s the point of ordering from here when something on the order is ALWAYS WRONG. unreliable delivery, fresh produce shoved into a bag with RAW meat, carton of eggs shoved sideways, missing items. Then you try and contact at help center it tells you 10 minutes and then disconnects you so you try again and then it’s an hour wait. I just had a baby, have no car and I do this out of convenience but honestly it’s only made me absolutely hate Walmart so much more.

Please please do something about the self checkout registers and employees! For the 8th time I've had an item listed as 2 for $12 not ring up that way and the self checkout employees take their sweet time doing a price check. It should not take me 10 minutes to go through an empty self checkout line when I only have 4 items.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, shelves are empty, they never have dog food in stock, the workers are rude, and it's a rare occasion to hear a cashier speak English.

I went to check my items out at a cash register. I do not remember the till but, the cashier was too busy replying to a txt before she stared ringing my items through and again while is proceeded to pay. I stood there waiting for my receipt. I told her that it was very unprofessional for her to txt while she has customers in front of her. 10/13/24 at 6:40pm.

I called their electronics section to see if they had something I was looking for in stock, they put me on hold to check and then forgot they left me on hold. You guys really aren't doing much to prove you don't hire from the scrapings at the bottom of the barrel.

just bought a bunch of produce a few days ago AND EVERYTHING IS SPOILED ALREADY!! i’m talking about easily $60 of produce BAD!! before labeled expiration dates and even the stuff that should last well over a week!! we checked everything before buying even, and it’s moldy and gross already!!! clearly there’s no such thing as quality control at walmart anymore, highly suggest avoiding buying meat and vegetables from here at all costs!!! we already stopped buying meat because again, it spoils extremely fast (more so then it naturally should) this probably means they aren’t storing the food properly or they aren’t pulling spoiled food enough to stop contaminating the other food!

The quality of the chips that my young child bought with her own money. Seems like the greedy billionaires are more concerned with $$$$ over quality of product! Getting sick of the billionaire greed! That whole bag of chips was overcooked and burnt!

Gonna send a huge shout out to Cole in the Vision Center. My glasses were broken and he fixed them up fast went the extra mile to make sure they were working awesome
