Have been using this Garage for years - never had a problem. Take my vehicle in for service and they just do what needs to be done at what I consider to be a fair price.

My 21 year old daughter was visiting friends in Lethbridge. On her way home, her car broke down and she had it towed to Westside. Car wouldn't start, engine light was on. The man at the desk was not very friendly to her - "What exactly do you want me to do here?" he said. Ummm, fix her car?? But she was stuck, so she left her car there overnight for them to look at. The next day, the mechanic indicated that the car had started for him, he drove it a bit, and didn't know what was wrong. When my daughter asked if it was safe for her to drive two hours home, he said, "Well I don't know about that." She asked what that meant and he just kept saying that it worked for him, so... The engine light was still on - he didn't know why. And that was it. No desire to delve any further into what was wrong, just shoulder shrugs. Really? This is good customer service? Don't go here unless you already know what's wrong and can tell them exactly what to do, I guess. Otherwise they don't seem too interested in doing their jobs. Do not recommend!!!

I have never had the displeasure of dealing with a garage so non customer oriented, had an insurance inspection done, they failed my vehicle because of a cracked windshield, not on the drivers side, they deemed the vehicle not roadworthy. Called my insurance company and they said that the windshield crack does not affect the road worthiness.
Explained this to the guy at the front desk and he said it doesn’t matter and would not change the report.
I would not give any recommendations for this garage, except I would avoid it at all cost.

Worst experience ever, the guy at the desk was rude as can be.... Had a tire going flat, wasn't sure if it was a leak or the weather causing it....Asked the guy at the desk if they could find a few minutes to look at it, and he just flat out said no way, but I could come back tomorrow when my vehicle probably wouldn't have been drivable and I would have needed a tow truck to get it to any garage at all.... Asked him next if he could as least get someone to put some air in it so I could make it somewhere that would actually help me.... Again, no we're too busy.... I could tell he basically just wanted me too get out of his face.... Finally he offered to put the air hose out the garage door so I could do it myself....I understand people are busy, but he his rudeness alone was enough for me to say I won't be ever coming back or recommend them to anyone....It's wonder you guys are still in business with attitudes like that????? Make sure you book an appointment if your gonna go there, or else you get talked to like your just a inconvenience....Thanks for a whole lot of nothing.....Went to Mr Lube on the west side after and they we're happy to help me out, no questions asked at all, and they didn't charge me a dime at all for it....

I changed my winter tires here and they gave me a good deal. Would come back here again when Summer comes.
