She has the greatest personality, always takes time to help us personally shop and has built a rapport with my whole family. “I came in with an adult daughter who was not very secure and only shopped online but needed an outfit the next day for a family event. She was treated so well by staff. It was almost like the positive interaction on Pretty Women. The manager was exceptional!!! I am also a larger size and will become a regular shopper at Penn’s. Thank you”

Customer service was tops. Super friendly, knowledgeable on products keen eye for detail. Jen made me feel fabulous about my purchases and truthfully made me feel so good about myself. Don’t mess around and ask for Jen. Store was really clean and organized efficiently. Love this place and will definitely be back because of the quality of customer service I received. “I came in Saturday noon for Christmas shopping and came across amazing stuff. The staff was lovely, and they try their best to prioritize safety measures for COVID. It seems as though a lot of people are quite inconsiderate of that. I want to say this as a neutral standpoint; I understand that it gets frustrating for both employees and customers. I find that the employees throughout Park Place Mall during this pandemic are tired because of the inconsideration of others not wearing a mask or aren’t wearing it properly, but I also saw a review from here that the manager is willing to speak very strikingly in a sense about other customers not following the rules. I don’t know who the manager is at Ardene, but I do find that quite worrisome due to the impact it will lead to business. Frustrations should be said when customers aren’t around, but it gets hard and that’s understandable. The prices from Ardene is quite remarkable and affordable for young girls and adults so it’s hard not to come by and shop at this place. As a customer, I still will come shop at this place but I wanted to write this review to not only the staff but also the people who read this. Please, be considerate of the staff in their position as well as staff being considerate of their reputation for business.”
“Absolutely phenomenal service. Just turned 18 and decided to explore my own style aside from being a Mennonite and constantly having to wear dresses I didn’t know any terms or what to look for in jeans and shirts, I didn’t even know my own size. I asked a lady that worked there (Friday around 5-7pm) (I forgot her name but she was an absolute gem) if they had jeans that were loose on the bottom but skinny on the top and she instantly knew what I meant n found me a few pairs to try on that ACTUALLY HAD POCKETS THAT COULD FIT MY PHONE. Her energy was incredible and she seemed more than happy to help me and she immediately guessed my pant size correctly. I’m so happy and she made my birthday that much better by being so kind and full of energy. Will definitely be coming again the prices for the pants were incredible and their sales collection was easy to look through and find my size and style. Thank you!!!”

“I've always had a great experience buying from Lammles. I've never had to return anything from here yet. I was gifted some Boulet boots from here for Christmas several years ago and they're still going strong. I also have bought jeans online after buying in store first so I knew my size. The customer service has always been great. When I'm through Lethbridge at Thanksgiving, I'm looking forward to going in again and trying on some new belts.”
