Best banking branch for Albertans... But read on. Good rates (unsure if mortgages but loans are good and terms are fair) and good investment opportunities.Whenever I've gone in they usually aren't busy but I very seldom do.All/any of my complaints revolve around phone calls and mobile banking. God forbid you need to get in touch with a human being for a technical issue or something complicated. You'll either need to drive in and talk in person or wait 2+ hours on hold to get through the mobile banking to speak with an agent.I guarantee the Lloyd branch won't pick up at any hour on any day. I once called a total of 5 times across various hours and days and always got sent to the mobile banking. I had to call the Vermillion branch to get a "high priority" redirection to the Lloyd branch.... which still was missed.It was 2 hours before I got a call back.If your banking doesn't require frequent teller usage, it's a great bank. (Note specifically it's the tellers being slow/ short staffed. The advisors and higher-up bank staff are great at their jobs and always available.)

The service is way too slow. Just for 2 deposits, it took half an hour.They should have more then one, at front.

Only one teller and a big line. No sense of urgency, infact the complete opposite was observed. Will be changing banks if things don't take a big turn around. Seen these conditions here about half of my visits

I am a 10 year customer that has always made my payments on time never had an issue, until yesterday. ATB advertisements say they think outside the box and are there for Albertans when they need it. I needed a little assistance yesterday ATB was definitely not there for me. I ended up calling the call center and they were very understanding but could only do so much and again left it in the hands of the branch. Again another disappointment. I will be slowly transitioning my financials to another institution. I am sure this will not be a big deal for them as I am just a little fish in a much bigger pond.

I have been banking with this ATB for about a year now. I had to deal with one of the managers, Arlee, and I was treated horribly. I was treated like a criminal when I called in an unknown fraudulent transaction which later on, proved to be fraudulent. And she basically acted and said she thought I was lying about it. Then my accounts just all closed after I closed the one account with the unknown transaction and opened a new one, she closed all my accounts making my pay check and government payment not come to me for 2 weeks, making bills go past due and financial companies phoning me like crazy. She then said there was nothing she can do as it was compromised!! I then phone the 1-800 number for ATB and they got me set up again. I should have switched banks as I will end up having to deal with this rude woman again!!
