Great bank great customer service .at branch they help you great. Good thing not much rush if it’s they try to clear with no time. There is less time on hold business cheques . I wish they open on Saturdays .Highly recommend

The staff are beyond helpful and they work hard to get you in when it works best for you. They go above and beyond to help you with any and all banking needs. The location is great and I've never had to wait in lineups or struggle to find parking.

Complete lack of service they don't answer phones often at all. They don't care. They cannot seem to understand what a lost phone is. Get someone intelligent that uses listening skills. Wow what a waste of time. Thank God I don't deal with them.

I always seem to have trouble with BMO. They reset everything in my account without my consent and now my check is on hold. Im very upset because now our bills are overdue and need to feed our small children. The Customer care center is no help and can be very rude like it's their money

Please beware if you are thinking about dealing with BMO in Lloydminster. I have been trying to transfer RRSP's to this bank for 4.5 months now and it's still not complete!! You would think they would be happy to have my 60,000 dollars but it doesn't seem like it. I still have 16,000 sitting somewhere that I cannot get an answer on. 3 times i was told that Manulife did not get the transfer request BUT, I was told it was sent- 3 TIMES!! Someone is not doing their job! Multiple emails and phone calls and no responses. The branch manager there is very unprofessional and ignorant. It's been over 2 weeks now since I've had an update and no responses to my calls and emails. These investments matured on March 22nd and as each day goes by I am losing money. Apparently complaining process only takes 2 or 3 months!! Can't wait to say good bye to BMO!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS! Thanks for nothing but stress and headaches, you won't have my investments, mortgage, loan or mastercard for very much longer.
