IT IS CALLED DROPPING THE BALL ..........
I needed a part for a pellet stove, went in they did not have it in stock. They offered to order it and I said i need it the next day at the latest. i offered to pay to have the shipping expedited. I told them i had NO HEAT IN MY HOUSE UNTIL IT CAME (-15C OUTSIDE). I paid for the item and was told it should be here the next day - two days at the latest. well four days later I learn that the part i needed was combined with some other things that they needed at the shop. ONE OF THE EXTRAS IS ON BACK ORDER - SO THE IMPORTANT PART I NEEDED SITS IN EDMONTON WHILE MY PIPES IN MY HOUSE FREEZE . TODAY WHEN I CALLED I GOT MORE BLAH, BLAH, BLAH - NEXT TIME IT IS AMAZON - they got me a parcel from china in less time and when they promised too.
