Terriable service from the auto repair department. I highly advise taking your car elsewhere, even if the repair is covered under a Canadian Tire warrenty. Don't do it!

Got my brake pads inspected, and waited for an hour to pay for the services. Worker just disappeared. I'd go somewhere else for auto services.

I came here for an oil change at 3:30 and already booked an appointment. There were two women, Kristine and Auto service manager standing at customer service desk. I stand infront of them for a long time even after customer just infront of me already left. Both of them left and I explained this to another guy. When I tried to explain this to the customer service manager, she don’t even listen to that. Really bad experience. Never felt like this before from Canadian Tire.

Appointments for service work are essentially meaningless, and service staff are very poor in communicating progress on your vehicle even though they know you're waiting.

You have to go look for help. An when u do find someone. They don't know how to help u. Sad part is at the auto parts. U get sold wrong parts 60 percent of the time

Wow I didn't know a person couldn't walk around the store looking at different things and to just kill time with the kids. We were followed around like criminals asked many of times about what we're are looking for. I'm sorry a fellow business owner can't check on different items/tools to figure out if something is a good buy or not. And then when we were about to leave they give you a dirty look like you owe them something for being in there store. This store has gone down hill huge. Before you use to feel welcome but not anymore. I will not be doing any more shopping from this store even if the sales are good.
