She helped me filed a report by calling the Telus Customer Service, which is technically not part of the services they provide, but she did it anyway just to help me. She helped me explain my situation to the agent (on the phone) and provided me a new simcard replacement afterwards. She took the time to make sure the correct pen was included, along with a screen protector and a proper case.
