“We did some Boxing Day shopping and were extremely happy with our purchases and overall experience. We purchased an iPad for our daughter who is attending university, and Emily ensured it met every requirement my daughter needed and more. She took the time to make sure the correct pen was included, along with a screen protector and a proper case. Our daughter is absolutely thrilled with the iPad, and it has already made university life a little easier. I am so grateful to Emily for making sure she had exactly what she needed. We were also in the market for a new laptop. I came in with a general idea of what I was looking for, and Emily was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She provided clear options ranging from lower to higher end models, carefully explaining how each would perform based on how I planned to use the computer. I am very glad I went with her recommendation, the laptop meets all of our needs and likely more than I even realize. In addition, we purchased a TV and a fridge for a parent, both of which they are very happy with. Emily deserves to be commended for her excellent communication skills and her ability to help us navigate ever-changing technology in a way that was easy to understand. She made us feel comfortable, confident in our decisions, and truly valued as customers. We will be shopping at Best Buy in the future and will look for Emily's help!”
