“Story time - Michaels has their Ashland storage things on sale for half price. On the website it says "unavailable for shipping". I tried to add it to my cart for curbside pickup "please visit store to purchase" Okay. I call the store, I see you have the ashland items on sale for half off, I can't buy it for ship to home and when I try to buy it for curbside it says purchase in store. She says "yea that means you can't buy it". I reworded it as many ways as I could. End result was me not being able to buy something that is half off...I understand things are different for good reason, but why would they have a sale and then make the items unatainable?”
“It's a good place. It can be hard to find an associate as they are always busy, and it can be a little difficult to find stuff. But they have a pretty good selection and the prices are very reasonable.”
