How great is a drive thru pharmacy!!
I love the fact that they reach out to you after the doctor sends them the Rx,they are all very friendly and personable. Also, they have a prescribing pharmacist, saved me a trip to the Dr.

We have dealt with Family Pharmacy when Tim and Rob had it, and then when Joel was there. When they left, so did the walking in and having them know your name and greet you, being treated with kindness and respect, understanding each person has a different situation, and doing all they could to ensure your prescription experience was stellar. When I realized they were at Lakeside, I promptly moved my files over. You all (Kaylee, Tory, and all staff) are the last of the true professionals. You are the best at what you do, and how you treat people makes a difference. It did for me. Without getting into details, my recent experience with you (Kaylee and Tory) was the first where I felt understood, not judged or lectured, and legitimately cared for. It touched my heart, and I want you to know this. My situation won't be forever, and I am so grateful it will be you guys who will see me through. There is no better pharmacy and no better people. Just switched to lakeside and I'm so happy. So easy to set up and they are super nice. Very fast and the drive through pick up is amazing and convenient!!!

This place is what all pharmacies should strive to be. Tim and all the staff here are phenomenal. Never met anyone who were as sincerely invested in their patents concerns and needs as this group - they will go out of their way to help you in any way they can.

All the staff here are absolutely amazing! The pharmacy team recently went out of their way to help me find a new medication to help treat a medical condition I’ve had since I was 12. I’ve only been taking it for a couple days but It has quite literally changed my life and I’m so grateful that they helped me out with this. Also Dr Greish is great! We love him for our whole family, great with our young kids as well.

I came from Ontario and advised the doctor I was prescribed a benzo for anxiety. He advised me he would not provide me that prescription due to its addictive effects. I explained I have used it responsibly for years and he could contact my Ontario doctor to confirm. He told me I could visit a downtown doctor that would be more inclined to provide it. After an hour of pleading my case he agreed but told me the dose I took was unavailable and offered me a lower dosage. Received my meds and it’s even lower then he stated. Bold face lied to me and treated me like a junkies. ( I own my home and I’m an executive assistant with a 890 credit score looking for my mental health prescription)

The customer service offered by Tim and his staff is exceptional. They consistently demonstrate sincere care and answer all questions with ease. The drive-thru pickup service is also fabulous. Exemplary customer service provided by a terrific pharmacy team!
