Don't waste time at the self wash. To load large dogs they have a steep ramp that rolls around(had to lift my big dog in) then waited 10 minutes for the soapy water to then realize the shampoo bottle was empty. I used another shampoo and then when I went to dry my husky they had 1 towel which was soaked as soon as I started drying him. Since they charge for minutes after the initial "15 for $10" and my dog was soaking wet I just walked away before using the blow dryer. Otherwise I would have probably ended up paying $50 for a quick wash . At petValu you get lots of towels and no limit on the wash all for just $10

I love Pet Planet. Sara is the bomb and is always wonderful to deal with. It feels personalized when I walk in, I'm not just "another customer". She remembers my dogs allergies from years ago that I casually mentioned. She special orders treats for my Piggo for me, and always asks what shenanigans he has been up to. She can remember exactly what food I feed my cats, and which we didn't really like. I have never had customer service like I receive at Pet Planet, but especially by Sara.
