The staff at Pet Valu have always been so willing to answer all my questions.They will look up info or phone a certain number to explore viable answers.I have always been treated respectfully.The dog bath area is lovely, and the staff have always been willing to assist when necessary. The price was 12 dollars last visit, and the shampoo and conditioners were included in the price.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, Brandy went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. The only pet store I purchase all of my dog and cat necessities from. Have lots of great sales and deals also.

The store is small compared to the ones that I am used to shopping at in Ontario. Brandy the store manager is so friendly and has a great staff that always makes shopping fun. It would be nice if litter was on a reward system like my food. I also get my probiotics here monthly as it is far less expensive than the vet for the same item. If you need toys, quality food or advice on your pet this location is a place you need to check out.

This used to be a wonderful place to shop until the staffing did a complete change over. It just didn't have the same feel as it used to, so we were not going in as often as before. However yesterday we decided to stop in as the girls loved the people and they don't know they are gone (they were looking for them). One of the new staff came over, engaged with the dogs, and when our 2 year old poodle went over to say hi (just like she would to the old staff) the lady kneed her in the chest. When I told her that was uncalled for and very rude she took off to the back and would not engage with me. Unfortunately I did not get her name. As a result, NOT GOING BACK!

Adopted a beautiful young adult cat. Brandy, Frankie, and the team of true animal lovers were so helpful, friendly, and fun to talk to. From the very first time I stepped foot in the cozy store, to taking my new pet home, and answering questions over the phone when I was unsure about my cat settling into her new home, the knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm was genuine and much appreciated.

I went to pet value for the first time today to take my dog for a wash. I can’t believe it was only $12 to wash and dry my dog with many different shampoo options and conditioners as well. they also give your pup a treat at the end! the staff were so nice and loved my dog! made me feel so welcome i will definitely be shopping here opposed to pet smart now and will stop paying $100 for my dog to be groomed when i can do it for super cheap here! 10/10 absolutely enjoyed my experience ?

Why is scalding hot an option on the dog wash? Pretty dangerous if you're not careful.
