This location always has someone there to greet you when you walk in and the store is very clean and well laid out. I always find what I need at a fair price and have never had to wait in line at the checkout for very long. I have used their click and collect online ordering and my items were waiting at the till for me when I got there, no need to wait for an associate to retrieve them from the back, which was great.

Very stoppable with wide aisles. Sectioned perfectly and products are faced off perfectly at all times. Bright and always very clean. They have in house pet grooming services.The prices are fair on most products. As like all pet shops, they carry premium food which means premium prices. Great store and your pet is allowed in.

Damien and Carla in grooming were absolutely amazing. They did such a good job with my dog Cali, and she looks fantastic! Not to mention how well they treated her, I think they loved her like their own. Would definitely recommend bringing your pooch their for a groom!!
