Stopped in to exchange some items of clothing , and the sweetest lady named Brenda with the best customer service helped me with my order . I’ll have to admit I quit going to some of the local stores as the service can be terrible or no service at all . I’ve been making all of my purchases online .But this lady was the most kindest and helpful by far . Awesome job picking your employees , Brenda you brighten anyone’s day .

I have a great experience shopping at Ricki's in Lloyd Mall thanks to their associate Trina who was super helpful and friendly. As I was trying on different styles and sizes, she did everything to ensure I got the best option. I picked up some neat outfits at 40% off regular items event.

I bought a few pairs of dress pants, blazer, and tops during the suit sale. Mandi was so helpful and kind during the process. I just had a baby a few months are but she picked pieces that made me feel confident and beautiful again. I would go back to this Rickis any day.

I went in, not knowing what I was looking for. Needed pants for work. The lady who helped me, was so kind, and knowledgeable about the clothes. I appreciated her assistance, and left with 2 pairs of pants that fit beautifully!
