Purchased a $400 toilet, asked for help, got none. Ended up dragging the thing to the till myself to pay for it. Then the cashier watched me drag it out into the parking lot and load it into my trailer myself.

Good luck finding anyone if you need help. The shelves are very low on stock for many items. Prices are 3-8 Dollars higher than the same item across the street at Home Depot. Was run much better under the Totem brand.

Don’t order curb side pick up because you will still have to go In the damn store to get your receipt!!! Guy at customer service was no help at all. Told me one one can bring my order out because there is one employee. I went in the store to get said order. It was dead and there was two employees doing nothing but they couldn’t bring a small order to the front door. Ridiculous.
