If the posted time is open till 11pm they should be open until 11. This is the third time I’ve gone and it’s been closed early with a worker inside telling you it’s closed. Either stay open or change the posted hours.

I came here to pump up my tires, the hose is cut and willnot inflate my tires. I told the cashier, and he basically tried to ignore the whole conversation.. placed blame another person, didn't think for a split second to refund me the $2 dollars. And when I said they should at least have a sign saying it ia out of order, he shrugged like he didn't even understand. I'm so annoyed and frustrated by the lack of intelligence displayed here.

Best place to fill up in town. The staff is so respectful and polite. Must visit . I’m a regular customer there at this shell. Cheapest price of smokes in town.

Bought cigarettes out of this store 1000 times goes to buy a pack of smokes tonight by the same guy I bought from this morning and he denies me after saying yes this morning I will no longer be buying cigarettes from this company again

Terrible terrible service that I was provided by the cashier. He over charged me on my 1L pop I bought when I confronted him that he was over charging me he was being a j**** I refuse to go back there when he works as I've never been over charged or had bad service when going there. Very disappointing.

The sign clearly says that the store closes at 11pm, yet the attendant refused service at 1052 . I suspect that he was trying to leave early. Terrible service and lied about when the store closes despite the clearly posted sign

On Jan 19 early morning shift guy Name S.... rude person no sence of customer service. Seems like Shell employe forgot his Shell training. Every 2nd day i used to fill gas from this gas station. Now Shell just lost a loyal customer. Good bye. I ll never fill gas from Shell in Lloydminster.

Tried to purchase 14 dollars in items with a $50 bill. Was turned away. The first bad experience included them rounding up on 2 cents to 5 cents resulting 8n short changing my 5 yr old son. 5 cents or not, I should have known not to go back.
