The staff were AMAZING yesterday!! I came with a long list of specific things and they went above and beyond to find every item in the right size and colour. One staff member even checked three departments and the back till she found the last item in the store in the size I was looking for!! Thank you Sports Check Lloyd, keep up the good work! ?

1st transaction with the employee running the till was great. Very patient and kind. She let me use my coupon, helped with Canadian tire account sign in (manually typed in Canadian tire account number) and let me redeem Canadian tire $. She did this all patiently and did not make me feel uncomfortable.
2nd transaction with manager upfront was uncomfortable, and rushed.

Horrible customer service. Younger teenager with blonde highlight hair has the worst attitude , threw the box of Birkenstock shoes at me. I very much did complain to her. This is unacceptable, unprofessional behaviour!

Went in to get some new shoes for running. As I tried on a pair my 4 year old daughter had to pee. The young lady working there took her to the bathroom for me. I mean talk about helpful and going above and beyond...what a nice thing to do.

I asked 3 employees in the shoe department how the laces worked on a pair of running shoes(the shoe was great and fit well but the laces are different style) and they all said “i dont know” and just left it at that. Then the cashier ( different employee) forgot the alarm tag and when the door alarm went alarm started mumbling. Another cashier removed them for me so I could leave. Lack of training causing ignorance

I would like to thank the friendly staff at Sport Chek. I purchased a pair of Saucony Pwrgrid+ sneakers last month. After some initial use the right sneaker was casing discomfort. I called and spoke with Gaby at the Lloydminster sports check and she was able to do an exchange for me without a receipt or packaging. Thank you for the great service.
