Buying appliances is painful. They don't deal with any delivery in house and no one has any idea where your appliances are or when they are coming. Everything large appliance delivery related is redirected to their virtual assistant chat and is at the will of the warehouse it gets delivered to. While the people in store try to help they cannot do anything to actually help.

This is really one of the best Home Depots I've shopped at. There are always a lot of staff working and they will actually ask if you need a hand with anything. I usually don't need much help when I come here but I have had some atypical returns/missing parts issue in the past and they were always very helpful and accommodating. This store has a good selection and usually some really good deals at the ends of the isles and at the front of the store. I've used their rental service without any issues. Garden centre is also great with easy access. On top of all that, they usually have great Halloween and Christmas displays so it makes dragging your wife and toddler to the store that much easier.

If the lumber manager/employee treats customers the way she does when it comes to questions and large orders you will loose buisness fast from the poor attitude and rude replies. I tried asking what I needed for a project but I only get an attitude and told to look online. That doesn't help me with the materials are required and cost based on what's needed. 0 star if it was an option on here. I'd rather pay more at rona than the response I got for asking for help.

Love shopping here, just picked up a 6 burner bbq with a rotisserie kit and infered sear burner all included for a really good deal compared to other vendors, we saved on average $300.00.

I tried a number of times to contact the Lloydminster store but the AI system either tried to direct me to the wrong department or just hung up. Once I was directed to the right department it was silent for more then a minute and then again it hung up. I would have gone to the store to check, which I shouldn’t have had to because that’s why they have contact info, but because I live 110 km from the store.
Go back to having a human on the line and trash the AI crap. I love hearing a human voice AI only steals jobs from people and does a very poor job at pretending to be human.

Double charged me on insulation boards (047563721447 CB 1 SLNGX). Not sure if its because there is a lip on the boards (cashier got confused, thinking there was double the amount) but I got charged for 8 boards when I only had 4. At 64.47$/board, that was quite an expensive mistake from your cashier Kabrea. I wish I found the mistake when I was in the parking lot. Now I am 3 hours roundtrip away in Cold Lake, 257.88$+tax short and I cant really get proof that I have only 4 vs 8....Will see if I can reach out manager for a refund...

Ordered online. Was told 2-3 days and item would be available for store pick. 9 days later and still waiting. Tracking has had it on the road for 8 days. It's only 4 hours from warehouse to store. Will never order again

The customer service that Les provided today was outstanding ! I did not think this level of customer service still existed these days. Not only did he help me find the bolts I needed but he ensured I have the right thread and then he went and ran them through a dye to make sure the nuts would screw on okay. Exceptional customer service, very knowledgeable and experienced. Clone Les!
