After realizing I'd been driving on a flat tire, I called various tire places to make an appointment to have the tire and rim assessed for damage. Out of the first 3 places I called, the soonest availability was Nov 21, which was a week away (busy time of year, with everyone getting their winter tires on). Considering how much I drive for work, to say I was stressed is an understatement. “Went in today to get new tires put on and the service was excellent. I have been to a lot of different tire shops over the years in many different cities and town and have never been to a location that was so helpful.
All the employees were very friendly and welcoming.
The waiting area was nice and comfortable.
I went in a week before today to get quotes on different tires and they provided me with a few options printed out to take home and go over. When I made a choice I called in and was given an appointment time within a couple days.
Definitely highly recommend Fountain Tire in Lloydminster and will be a returning customer.”
