I have been a customer of WSI for over 10 years. Their prices are usually comparable or well below competitor prices. Customer service is fantastic and parts are always in stock or not far away. They stand behind the products they sell and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to in future.

I called all the places I could think of to find the part I was looking for and someone suggested warehouse services so I called there and they had the part! I'm so thankful you guys helped me get my car back on the road that time.

Went in to order the parts I needed for my car, turned out they had them on hand which was very handy. The guy who helped us was very friendly, and the only reason they are getting 3 stars. We walked in and both employees were busy. The lady (curly brown hair) finished with her customer before the other employee did, and she went to answer the phone (which had rang AFTER we walked in) and helped the customer on the phone first. This is VERY poor customer service and what she should have done was ask the customer to hold or for a call back number, and then helped us first (first come first serve) We then ended up having to wait until the other employee was done with his customer. Customer service could use some work.

Not pleased at all,I was trying to return a water pump, which I thought was unused but my son didn't tell me he had installed it and figured it was cracked because it was leaking from the housing,so he took it off and put his old one back on, unbeknownst to me,I told him to return the pump,but he misplaced the receipt so that was that,turns out now he was selling his car so we unloaded his trunk and left the pump which was in the original packaging box, which got left out side all winter.I was doing some cleaning and discovered the misplaced receipt and found the pump outside, which needless to say the box didn't survive the winter, but the pump is perfectly fine.i know times are tough right now and we all have to tighten up our belts,I had to use my last $20 for gas to come to Lloydminster to get maybe $80 return and still didn't get nothing,have a little love in these days, God bless you and I forgive you and Jesus loves you.
