I'm sure this is a lovely shop but I'm very disappointed in the customer service. I received a gift from this shop and it was too small so I wanted to exchange it, but since I live in Edmonton I wrote in asking what my options were.Three weeks later, after the return date had long passed, someone responded asking if I still needed to return my item. I said that I did and asked if I could exchange it for another item, different style, that was in stock. That was February 3 and nobody has responded since then.

Brenda and her team NEVER stop filling the store with new ideas, a true local family business to support and they have stuff you didn't even know you needed!! a great location as well.
