“We bought a ribeye steak, salted and dried it to create a perfect bark, grilled it and only seasoned it with pepper and garlic. Rested it. Hands down, this is the best steak we have ever eaten. Ever. Ever.
What a celebratory meal that will remain in our memory. Thank you!!”

“We had badlands Caterer our wedding in September 2024, and the food was incredible! It was important to us to make sure our guests were well fed, and Badlands succeeded! Everyone has raved about how great the food was and we cannot thank them enough for serving and being part of our day!”
