Took in my company van for a tire fix and windshield repair, did not put back the spare tire under the rear floor. Service department didn’t know where to locate the key to lower the spare tire ??♂️ could have read the manual or research rather than dumping it back in the inside van. Disappointing…

The customer service at Patricia Ford in Manning is superior to any other dealership I’ve dealt with. The staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. They pick up my car at my workplace and deliver it expertly serviced and immaculately washed. I highly recommend them.

The folks in this dealership are amazing with customer service,highly highly recommended to see them for any car problems.we didn’t expect car trouble on our way down to Edmonton luckily we’re close by the dealership and they took care of everything even the owner’s wife Annette goes above and beyond and gave us a ride to the next town and we were able to get going with car rental. without them we won’t be able to go on our trip to Vegas with the kids,we’re super lucky to meet these amazing team at Patricia ford.

All I have to say is Wow these folks really know what customer service is. On our way through town we had an issue and even though they were slammed with service they slid us in and made us feel extremely comfortable and we were back on the highway in about an hour.
