“My vehicle was making some concerning sounds yesterday and I was quite worried about driving it on the highway. I’m new in town and decided to call Karen, the owner of Crockett Automotive. I was relieved that she was able to get my car in right away. The head mechanic, Otto, took over from there. He had the problem diagnosed within 20 minutes and fixed within half an hour. Otto’s experience undoubtedly saved me a couple hours of shop time trying to diagnose the problem. He gets bonus points for making me laugh out loud during our brief interaction. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful local shop for future mechanical issues.”
