I needed a new battery, car wouldn’t start for me to get it two blocks to them so they sent one of their guys with a booster pack. He got it started and took it to the shop for me. My friends truck broke down and she stored it here for a month. There was no prior discussion about there being a cost to store it. They charged her 125 for a “diagnosis” which ultimately was they filled up one tire and charged the battery. However when we got there to pick it up the tire was flat and the battery was dead. The woman working called us names and was aggressive and threatening to call the cops because we couldn’t get it on the trailer because of the flat tireService: Auto engine diagnostic

The mechanics are too busy to run a scan on my car. And too busy to help a 82 yr ol man push my car onto the trailer. Obviously I wouldn't get no work done there. Shout out to the tow truck driver tho.Even the coffee was cold!I'll never suggest this place to anyone!!!!!
