My dad called me early morning to tell me his car was vibrating and engine light was on. His car never gave him trouble in the past. I was going to go and pick them up but instead I did a quick Google search and came across Southwest Auto, spoke to Dan and told him the situation. He told me they were busy but would try to help my parents out. Long story short he squeezed them in when he didn’t have to. Repaired their vehicle quickly at a very fair price. “I had an amazing experience with Daffy's!On a road trip to the Okanagan from Sask. stopped to fill my Mercedes S Class in Medicine Hat and the gas lid wouldn't open, called home to my local dealer for help and after 15 minutes on hold with a computer I gave up, tried another and was told to look it up in the manual, Dah already did that lol. Anyways after almost an hour my gal found Daffy's on google, wheeled over and within 15 minutes had me back on the road! He analyzed the problem with his techy machine in the parking lot and explained the problem and what to do if it happened again, I learned more from him in a short time that I had learned in the past 12 years of owning it!Wishing I didn't live so far away or I would have Daffy's do all my service needs.He made our holiday great, would have had to have it towed to Calgary had they not been there, I can't say enough good about you guys!Thanks again”

“Darren has been working on my bikes for almost 20 years. He is hands down the most knowledgeable Factory Trained Red Seal Journeyman Harley Davidson motorcycle mechanic I know. I completely trust my life on my bikes to him. He is also a great person very professional and has reasonable prices on parts and the shop rate is hard to beat for the experience that backs it. He has gone the extra mile to help me with my other rides as well and if he doesn’t know the answer he will do all he can to find it. He made a great choice having Jason also working in his shop. Another extremely conscientious motorcycle mechanic that you can trust.

“neil mackinnon and his crew made it possible for us to continue our journey by not blindly trusting the diagnostic device, but neil's 40 years of experience found the real cause and reliably fixed it. when we arrived in the evening we were greeted very friendly and were allowed to stay overnight with the rv on his property. we were even offered a power connection. at noon the work was finished. since i could now really trust neil, i asked him about the 2 front shock absorbers. he made a quick phone call, made us a good offer and 90 minutes later the 2 shock absorbers were replaced. neil made a very competent impression on us and was genuinely concerned to help us. now we can continue our journey without any worries.”
“I had a suspension problem with my truck a couple years ago. The shop I would usually use couldnt get my truck in as everyone was on holidays. A good buddy of mine recommended North Hill. I went to see them, and after 5 mins of discussion, decided to have them do the work. Not only could they do the work right away, but the quoted price was reasonable and fair. They actually got the work done earlier than first discussed but did a few little extras that didnt change that price. I give these guys full credit for their workmanship but also staying true to pricing. Now when I have a problem, my first call is to North Hill.”
“We were told about this shop after getting a quote of $1100 from a body shop to repair a small dent from a door hit. They ended up charging $40 to do the repair, and now it is protected, and you can't see it. The colour match is perfect. I will be returning to have the headlights reconditioned.”

“This store is AMAZING! We are currently moving from Winnipeg to Red Deer when the check engine light came on just outside of Medicine Hat. We pulled on and explained our predicament and asked if one of the mechanics could scam the vehicle to see what is triggering the engine light. The lady at the front was so kind and helpful, she got one of the mechanics to scan the vehicle and he even went one step further and tried a few different things to narrow down exactly what could be causing the problem (it could be a few different things). They both did these amazing acts of kindness even when we showed up 30 minutes before closing. They went way above and beyond to try and solve our problem and explain what could be causing our issue. This was next level customer service. We can't express how much we appreciate what they did for us. I wish I could give them 10 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
