“Darren has been working on my bikes for almost 20 years. He is hands down the most knowledgeable Factory Trained Red Seal Journeyman Harley Davidson motorcycle mechanic I know. I completely trust my life on my bikes to him. He is also a great person very professional and has reasonable prices on parts and the shop rate is hard to beat for the experience that backs it. He has gone the extra mile to help me with my other rides as well and if he doesn’t know the answer he will do all he can to find it. He made a great choice having Jason also working in his shop. Another extremely conscientious motorcycle mechanic that you can trust.

“neil mackinnon and his crew made it possible for us to continue our journey by not blindly trusting the diagnostic device, but neil's 40 years of experience found the real cause and reliably fixed it. when we arrived in the evening we were greeted very friendly and were allowed to stay overnight with the rv on his property. we were even offered a power connection. at noon the work was finished. since i could now really trust neil, i asked him about the 2 front shock absorbers. he made a quick phone call, made us a good offer and 90 minutes later the 2 shock absorbers were replaced. neil made a very competent impression on us and was genuinely concerned to help us. now we can continue our journey without any worries.”

“I had a suspension problem with my truck a couple years ago. The shop I would usually use couldnt get my truck in as everyone was on holidays. A good buddy of mine recommended North Hill. I went to see them, and after 5 mins of discussion, decided to have them do the work. Not only could they do the work right away, but the quoted price was reasonable and fair. They actually got the work done earlier than first discussed but did a few little extras that didnt change that price. I give these guys full credit for their workmanship but also staying true to pricing. Now when I have a problem, my first call is to North Hill.”

“Smoothest experience you could hope for. I dumped my car off there on the weekend. they called me bright and early monday morning to talk to me. They diagnosed the problem quickly, let me ask questions, and gave me options on next steps. They even let me take the opportunity to buy a performance part of my choice to swap on. “Amazing customer service!
After a horrible experience at a local dealership for my Hyundai Santa Fe, my husband booked an appointment at Lucky's Alignment for my Santa Fe to have its AC inspected for a leak. The leak could not be located after multiple different attempts but Ben at Lucky's put dye in the system and did not charge a thing - even filled my AC with Freon so my AC was blowing cold again in this heat wave! He said when my AC starts giving trouble again to come back and they can see if the dye worked to help locate the leak next time. I am very impressed and greatly appreciate the service. I've never been to a shop before where I can walk out and not pay a thing but experience the best service I have ever had! They genuinely care about their clients and are more than fair. I have already recommended this place to several family members and they will be receiving all our business! Very genuine and honest people - which is a breath of fresh air nowadays!”
