She treated my grandmother with respect and patience as my grandma doesn't speak English very well. It was very basic banking and she treated her with priority. They said normally an appointment would be required but since they weren't busy at the time they helped me right at the teller desk. I really appreciate the person who helped me - I think his name started with a J? I had a lot of questions and he made sure he answered them all, and he didn't rush me along. Thank you so much! After 15 loyal years to TD I am feeling very positive about my switch to RBC!”

“I have been a customer of BMO in both Toronto and this branch for 20+ years and have never received anything but great service. At BMO Dunmore I have always been treated fairly and professionally, and their financial advisor Tara is amazing at her job. She is a real benefit to the branch and the city, and my portfolio has grown very robustly thanks to her. This is the best bank in the city, and the only problem I have seen there was rude ignorant customers making crazy and impossible demands of the bank, like one customer who - of her own free will - withdrew money from BMO's ATM, got scammed at a Bitcoin ATM, and then aggressively demanded that BMO refund her money!
Honestly? BMO (and Tara) are a really great combination. I highly recommend banking there.”
